BURD EGGS / packaging / brand development

A young egg farmer came to me with an existing logo design, and a strong desire to develop the brand of his business. The branding needed to focus on the business being modern and no-fuss, which was achieved through a basic black colour-scheme and a limited selection of easily readable fonts. The talking hen character was created to add some whimsy to the brand, and to also proclaim the trademarked phrase. Packaging, stationery, flyers, t-shirts, and website, were all created with the aim of promoting this modern free range business and their motto of "giving a flock".
