Welcome to my website. I'm Alyssa, a graphic designer and illustrator based in Melbourne. When not drinking coffee or inspecting the weather app I like to use my creative and technical design skills to deliver effective pieces of visual communication. Feel free to continue reading as I waffle on a little more about myself and my work...
I have been working as a designer for well over a decade and in that time I have worked with a wide range of clients including
small businesses, publishing houses, pharma companies, medical organisations, not-for-profits, and government departments. My design experience covers a wide range of creative projects including the following:
  •   logos / visual identities / branding
  •   business cards / stationery
  •   book design / book illustration / typesetting
  •   food packaging / product packaging
  •   annual reports / brochures / catalogues
  •   information design / graphs / diagrams
  •   posters / banners / promotional materials
  •   greeting cards / invitations
  •   slide presentations / interactive PDFs
  •   social media promotions / websites
You can see more illustration work on my Illustrators Australia profile, and read more about my work experience on my Linked In profile.

I studied communication design at Swinburne Uni, finishing my degree with honours. I have always enjoyed creative pursuits; graphics and art were my favourite subjects at high school, and as a kid I loved to colour pictures from my large collection of colouring books. These days most of my projects are created digitally, but occasionally I'll pick up a pencil or a creative tool other than my computer mouse.

•   I'm slightly addicted to coffee (like many Melburnians).
•   Did you know 'Melburnian' is spelt without an 'o'?
•   I think that the
pigeon is a seriously underrated bird.
